~~Shipments are expedited in 1 to 3 business days~~

~~PAYMENT: USA~~

Payment is due immediately (when using your credit card) after purchase is made. NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED OVER THE PHONE.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

*Paypal & Paypal Express (No registration with Paypal required, and you can pay with any credit or debit card).

*Personal checks! Upon check being received, please allow 10 days for check to clear the bank before item can be shipped.

~~PAYMENT: INTERNATIONAL~~

Will only accept payment through Paypal or Paypal Express.

~~SHIPPING~~
Flat rate shipping to the USA mainland, ALASKA and HAWAII only. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: USPS (United States Postal Service) have increased shipping cost dramatically, especially smaller weight items. You can save money on the shipping cost. The more you purchase the cheaper the freight. If you have purchased more than one item, complete checkout and pay. I will combine all the items, weigh and then refund you through Paypal for over-payment on freight charges. You will be amazed at how much money can be saved in shipping by purchasing more than one item. NOTE: We will not ship any items other than First Class International as the package must have a tracking number.

*Attention International Buyers: Seller will not be responsible for custom taxes or charges imposed by other countries against USA purchases you have made. This is the buyer responsibility to pay the additional fees.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE: Buyer must keep their address current and up to date. Seller will not ship to an incorrect address nor will the seller refund any freight charges for returned merchandise.

We ship promptly and in the order that the orders are received.

~~RETURNS~~

`Heritage Lace and Treasures Boutique pride ourselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction. Although it is our intention to display images and descriptions of each item true to material, color, size, etc., colors do vary with individual monitors and sometimes item details are inevitably missed. We recognize that the buyer is deprived of the tactile and visual experience when purchasing on the web.

Only returns authorized by the seller can be returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused. * All lace items authorized for return must be in original form and quantity (uncut and tags attached (if the item came with a tag) and absolutely no damage done to the lace. *Upon inspection of the return, providing that all items returned are in the original condition, a credit for the amount customer paid for the item only(less 10% restocking charge) will be issued. No refund on freight paid on item. purchased. * No returns will be accepted after 14 days from shipping date. *Absolutely no refunds or returns for buyer's remorse.

* No credit will be given for freight charges incurred for return of item, unless the seller made a mistake (by shipping wrong color, size or pattern).
