Merchandise is generally shipped in the order received. We strive to expidite orders as quickly as possible, as we feel this is very important for the customer to receive their order in a reasonable and timely manner. Customer service is of upmost importance to us.

If you want insurance on your item please e-mail me at heritagelaceandtreasures@gmail.com. requesting that you would like insurance. Insurance is not provided by the seller. We do provide tracking information for USA shipments. International orders, insurance is not available for First Class International from USPS unless you want your items shipped Priority Mail.
