About

I am a Texas born and raised, and now a South Dakota planted wife, mother and grandmother, living on a farm and cattle ranching operation.

In 1990, I built a business from the ground up called "Country Silks" which was devoted on making and designing silk flowers for weddings and wedding rentals as well as decorating for weddings until 2002. At that time, due to the death of a son at a young age to cancer, I decided to choose a different path because the business pressures were getting to me along with the shock of the loss of a son, I therefore decided to faze my wedding and floral business out, and I opened up a small boutique business specializing in Heritage Lace. I have since added another line of American made lace called Oxford House.

I chose these companies, mainly because the lace is USA made, excellent quality and workmanship and these companies stand behind their product.

I pride myself in being a very honest and forthright businessperson and I base and run my business on Biblical principles. I am a Christian who has accepted Jesus Christ as my personal saviour and believe this is the true path to Heaven. According to God's word, we must accept Jesus as our personal saviour in our hearts and have that personal relationship with Christ. That is the most important decision that we will make in our journey of life on this earth. We have that blessed hope of eternal life with Jesus Christ!
